Inter School Under 15 Football Tournament
The first under 15 football match played against Sri Chaitanya School on 9th of August saw our school win by 1-0 (self goal). This win qualified the team for the quarter finals where the players had to play against AECS Maruthi Magnolia, the host school. The score was indeed a remarkable win. The first goal was scored by Ayaan Afzal of Grade IX assisted by Udbhav G. of Grade IX. The second goal was again scored by Ayaan Afzal in a solo run. This win paved the way for the team to enter the semi finals where the players had to face Carmel Academy. The win this time was an outstanding one as the scores were 6-1, where 3 goals were scored by Ayaan Afzal assisted by Ullas S Shekar of Grade IX. The remaining 3 goals were scored by Omair Jagirdar of Grade IX, Sameer Ali and Pavan Gowda Grade VIII. This win qualified the team to play the finals against Presidency School. The team declared ‘RUNNERS -UP’, was given a ROLLING TROPHY.
