Ganesha Chaturthi

Our school is engaging students virtually in a variety of activities and programmes and encourage them to celebrate all the festivals and events with great enthusiasm. To mark the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi, students of Lawrence High School made clay idols of lord Ganesha during Art and Craft period. Thanks to the parents who have shifted their thoughts to follow eco-friendly ways to make Ganesha. For this they used atta dough, maida dough, soft sand, mud etc..

Children followed all the steps told by teacher. They used various colours of clay and moulded into shape of lord Ganesha.

This activity not only taught students about environment and art but also enables the child to gain insight into our Indian Culture.
