at Chamundi Vihar Indoor Stadium, Mysore Karnataka, on 20^th & 21^st July 2019.7 participant states Pondicherry, Goa, Delhi, Maharashtra, 

Tamil Nadu, Karnataka & Kerala. Ashritha fought well and emerged victorious winning the Gold Medal in the Individual Sparring Event.

30^th NORTH & EAST INDIA INVITATIONAL ITF TAEKWON-DO CHAMPIONSHIP- 2019 UTTARKHAND was held on 28^th , 29^th and 30^th May.ASHRITHA  PRADEEP  of Grade V E won the Gold  Medal in the   Individual Sparring Event.
