The Investiture Ceremony of the Student Council for the year 2022-23 was held on 29th June 2022 in the school premises.
The ceremony began with a short prayer followed by the investiture of the Head Boy, Agasthya Chitikeshi and Head Girl, S Parmitha Raju. The Head Boy and the Head Girl received their badges and sashes from the distinguished chief guest, H Manjunath Babu, Deputy Commissioner of Police, VVIP Security, Bengaluru and took their oaths of office.
Sports Captain, Arun Pranith and Sports Vice Captain Toshani Sharma were conferred the symbols of authority.
The House Captains and Vice captains were also inducted in the Student Council. This was followed by the investiture of the Council Members.
DCP H Manjunath Babu in his address, stressed on the importance of leadership and urged the students to make the right choices, and enkindle the less fortunate by becoming role models to them.
The school choir then presented the song ‘Leader in Me’ which empowers students to lead their own lives, create a culture of trust and engagement. and make a difference to others.
The Head Boy and the Head Girl shared their beliefs and aspirations with the audience. They pledged to lead the Student Council with supreme dedication and honesty.
The Managing Trustee, Mrs Pushpa Subbaiah congratulated the winners and the newly-elected Student Council. She encouraged the Council members to fulfil their duties with utmost sincerity.
