On the 29-07-2022, students of UKG visited PCR Garden Mall at Electronic city. The garden was a mini forest in itself. Children got the opportunity to see and acquire knowledge about the flora and fauna of the place. They enjoyed touching and holding a variety of flowering plants. They were excited to see vegetable and fruits being grown. They saw gardeners tending and watering the plants, using the garden tools. They got hands on experience on gardening, the green houses to protect and grow plants, and how manure is prepared, seeds are stored. They learnt names of a variety of trees and flowers. The little garden creatures like butterfly, spider, ladybug and caterpillars were an amusing sight for the children.
